Philosophy
As a believer in the benefits of optimal physical enhancement
Optimal Performance Fitness promotes healthy living as the
foundation of quality of life. Everything we do starts with
that foundation. A healthy body leads to a healthy mind. A
healthy mind is the base to realizing potential. Our major
purpose is exposing, educating, coaching and giving people
tools to enjoy and physically perform better in life. That
performance may be for sport, leisure, work or life in general.
The majority of my work has been involved with athletes, but I
am equally passionate and ambitious in helping non-athletes and
ex-athletes enjoy their physicality, as preserving and
rebuilding health and fitness for those in their twilight
years. I receive the same level of satisfaction seeing a team I
am involved with become champions as I do seeing a client apply
and expect a level of physicality that they originally believed
was beyond their ability or bring back some of the previous
fire and enjoyment with physical culture for a long removed
jock. I am a firm believer in; that regardless of what one's
purpose or state of fitness it can be improved on, resulting in
a fuller life while creating a stimulating and empowering
challenge. There is always a purpose in life it just keeps
adjusting to time.
