I wanted to share some
incredible, off the chart physical culture with you. If you
aren’t familiar with Parkour or Free Running I advise you to
check it out. It could be described as doing skateboard
tricks and more without a skateboard or doing spiderman
stunts without any web. This is very cool stuff, very
acrobatic, very entertaining and very dangerous if you go
beyond your personal ability at the time. It takes quite a
bit of training to pull off so I don’t advise it as your
next alcohol/substance fueled attempt at being the life of

; These guys are athletes and epitomize the potential
of the movement skills that I believe should be part of
everyone’s training. They are very strong in a purely
functional sense, flexible, have explosive jumping ability,
tremendous balance and do it all in a graceful fluid motion
that belies the intense difficulty of their art and is
extremely entertaining.
